Hi Gary, sorry to hear. The card should still play if it's opened today. Can you please show me? The videos posted on the website are directly from the card; which doesn't sound like static to me. But defect happens and we guarantee all our cards.
Apparently he didn't receive it. Or he won't tell me. So kinda bust. Wish he'd given me a reaction. Now it's just money badly spent. Wasted really...

It went better than expected, I gave it to my wife’s friend for her birthday. She opened it at the restaurant and I figured she would have tore open the card there but she got tired of listening to it on her drive home and ripped it open in her truck. Glitter was everywhere in her vehicle. Best card ever!!!
