Glitter didnt fall out when opening

Hello, sorry to hear. We are happy to send a refund or replace as we guarantee all products. I'd love to see an image (not only as proof) but an image can really help is learn where it might have failed. Things can happen with any product or a cut in the paper may go in a funny direction. So far these are pretty solid and way below 1% defect.

My mother played it safe with the envelope so it didn't get it everywhere, but with the card it worked well. I am glad I got them both.
