When my daughter-in law open it, it did not work. She open up and all the glitter came out and then she saw the contact was blocked so she cleaned it and then it worked
Hm. I'm not sure the glitter was the actual issue. I do see you had a few Easter cards did the others work? -- I suspect the contact was a little funny but it is more likely an odd wire or possibly solder off just a bit here. -- We do guarantee all cards so I can send a refund for this 1.

Hello! I do not see a glitter envelope in this order. All cards ship with a plain envelope. Did you order a glitter envelope separately?
Bought this for my mom for Mothers Day, and I can't wait to give it to her! She's gonna be big mad for a minute, but she'll laugh it off!!
