Haven't received my order

My order has not been fulfilled and I haven't received anything after 45 days. So far I have no fix from the company, no reimbursment or new shipment.

Hello, unfortunately international shipping (even with UPS) is very messy. I've never found a company that works well for all of Europe. Portugal is no different. It has shipped and you have the tracking but we can reach out to UPS Monday to see what might be going on. I see customs did clear it to Portgual a while ago.
