Always perfect every order i have placed
The tab didn’t work properly and we didn’t get any sound until we messed with it, well after it was gifted to my nephew… who thought he was given just a regular card. Surprise and torment never happened.
Hi Lauren, sorry to hear. We guarantee all products (with refunds or replacements). I am a little unsure what 'tab' means here so i'd appreciate some background. The tab on the outside doesn't make the sound work or not work. If you are referring to the plastic slider inside the card that does trigger the music. -- All cards can be opened and tested before they are given. You should hear the card playing a song and if you do not there is an issue.
It came sealed up so we could not get people to sign it. It was not made clear that you could not open the card to sign it. A waste of 20.00
Hi Shannon, Sorry to hear. When we look through the shopping experience we state everything quite clearly, in the cart, in the product page, and even checkout and even the followup email confirming the purchase what you are getting. If you can please show me what we are missing or how we can be more clear; I'd be happy to make an update or fix or even offer a refund. But I only see language that states exactly what you are getting in the mail.
My niece and nephew loved it! Their mom - not so much. Haha. Thanks!
