I bought one for Christmas for my mother in law.
Did not work when opened.
Very disappointed.
Hi Brad, we guarantee all our items; i'd appreciate some feedback to better understand what might have happened. 1. Did you open and sign it and did it play? 2. Did you remove the plastic inside the card? or the spine? 3. Did you mail it and then it didn't play? The best you can remember is helpful. -- and we can offer a new card for a new occasion or even a refund.

Once i pulled the tab the song wouldnt stop playing.
Hi, the trigger is inside not on the tab. If you open the card and then pull the tab it will not stop. You must close the card and then remove the tab and do not open again.
