Hello, unfortunately international shipping (even with UPS) is very messy. I've never found a company that works well for all of Europe. Portugal is no different. It has shipped and you have the tracking but we can reach out to UPS Monday to see what might be going on. I see customs did clear it to Portgual a while ago.
