(owned by Wolfpunch, Inc) is not liable for lost or stolen items if a package is delivered per USPS or UPS or third-party delivery. If an address is wrong, is insufficient, or sent back it is not up to us to send a refund. Please make sure the address is correct. 

If the package needs to be sent back we do not cover the cost to try again but we will offer a reduced fee of $2.00 because we are human and want to help. Unfortunately things happen and we want to be helpful when other services fail.
